Refund & Return Policy

All products sold on STABILONIX are digital downloadable products. Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once the purchase is complete and the download link has been delivered.

Exceptions — We will issue a refund if:

• The file is corrupted or cannot be downloaded
• You were charged twice for the same product
• The product received is different from what was ordered

Include your order number and a brief description of the issue. We will respond within 3 business days.

EU Customers: In accordance with EU consumer rights, you acknowledge that by downloading the digital product, you waive your right to the 14-day cooling-off period.
